However, because a lot of the moves are new to me, there's something I'd like you to add. After a workout, I'd like to see a list of movements that were involved. If I press on one, I'd like to get written or verbal instruction about proper technique. Aspen: “I actually quite liked this app, it was very easy to use, the exercises are not super hard which makes it easy for people like me who aren't very flexible and athletic. Plus it only takes five minutes, which is amazing! The only reason I took away one star was because every 10 days you can only use it three times without paying for it.
