Comments and Reviews from users:

A Google user: “Not really sure how to review this at the moment. i will say that, should you install this, it will not appear as an app, but as an accesability control under your phone settings. it has a very interesting message when you go to turn it on, it says "to use this feature, plug in wired headphones..." Um, most phones, including Google's Pixel line, does not have wired headphone jacks. i have a dongle in my car, and some Bluetooth headphones that i haven't tried yet, but that is a very odd message.” – 3/5 in Play Store

A Google user: “Love the idea, but all of the optional settings are greyed out and Google offers no answers. It would also be nice to be able to use it over a bluetooth speaker in another room, as sort of a baby monitor, instead of only being able to use it with wired headphones. Furthermore, I would love it if it could operate while media is playing, so that I can be more aware of my surroundings on walks while listening to Google podcasts.” – 3/5 in Play Store

Pros Easy to use, customizable settings, and helpful features.
Cons May not work well with other Bluetooth devices, battery life could be better.

Comments and Reviews from users:

Steven Banas: “edited* Pixel Buds Pro are the first wireless earbuds I've owned, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I'm impressed! My only complaint is max volume doesn't seem all that loud. I'm wondering how this will hold up in loud places, such as the gym. I had issues at first getting the buds to pair correctly. I didn't have access to the full features of the app. That seems to have been resolved now (user error?), and the EQ feature is a blessing. Able to customize buds in a way that works for me.” – 5/5 in Play Store

Tanya Olander: “The buds are "confused" and the app doesn't seem to do anything but connect me to Bluetooth settings, which fail to show what my buds are connecting to. The loose connectivity repeatedly to my Google Pixel Pro 7. Other than that the buds are comfortable and I have gotten used to the inferior quality compared to my Bose earbuds. But this connectivity issue is very frustrating and happens every day with one or more devices. I have not experienced that with any other earbuds.” – 2/5 in Play Store

Pros Excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, stylish design.
Cons Expensive, limited battery life, only compatible with Apple devices.

Comments and Reviews from users:

A Google user: “Unclear what the purpose of this app is. There's no special features for the earphones (Powerbeats 3). The app keeps *yelling* (in my mind at this point) about updating the firmware of the earphones. I've tried at least a dozen times and it ALWAYS fails and asks to try again. Apple, what's the point of this app ? Maybe it's a platform issue and it does a whole lot more magic on iOS. But so far on Android, I'd say connecting with the default Bluetooth assistant worked just fine.” – 2/5 in Play Store

D: “I absolutely LOVE the sound quality of my Beats. But this app is not as good. When I'm listening to an audiobook or my music on the go and I get a call, all of a sudden the earbud switches off and won't connect until after my call is done. Plus, there always some type of update, but when I try to do it I get an error. Is it because Thought it was because I was using an Android device, but I see that's not the case. Please improve this - I LOVE the Beats brand.” – 2/5 in Play Store

A Google user: “Bought the pro version right off the bat. Works well! Only issues, as the dev knows, is the tap features. My Google assistant works after any number of taps (that's actually the issue...one tap gets me the assistant and it pauses my music). After that, I can't get the music to unpause....and the assistant just triggers each time. Absolutely the best app out there though for Apple Airpod Pros for Android.” – 4/5 in Play Store

Edgar Castillo: “Very good, would be perfect if the notification went away automatically after putting away airpods instead of having to deactivate service in app or in the tiles. I don't like putting away my airpods and still seeing that notification there and having to manually make it go away. Other than that, the app is amazing and a step ahead of everyone else. Another thing I would like would be the option to not have the app in the notification bar and only appear when you bring down the notification tray” – 4/5 in Play Store

I installed this app yesterday, and this morning all I had to do was tap an icon on my home screen and my car connected. Thank you so much to the developer of this app. I paid for ad free. It is worth it! I will add another star once I use it more without kinks.” – 4/5 in Play Store

Cons May not be compatible with all Bluetooth devices, Some features may require a premium subscription

Comments and Reviews from users:

Timothy Novak: “This a pretty cool app for pumping up Bluetooth sound, the equalizer could be a few more bands, but the volume boost is great, the bass boost is awesome, too. Just be sure you have good enough devices to handle the boost, I use is to boost the sound on my car stereo Bluetooth, and when I get past half way up on the boost it crackles my speakers, and I do have decent speakers in my truck. All in all it is an awesome app, thanks guys, keep up the good work.” – 5/5 in Play Store

Paul Mc: “In-app purchases. But you get to try out the premium features before you pay & this app sounds fantastic! I have tried so many other equalizer apps (at least 10) that totally missed the mark. This one did not disappoint!! 'Hats off' to the developers for letting me donate as much as I wanted. The headphone simulations sound amazing!! Thank you guys for finally making a legit equalizer. This is a must have. Great app! ✌️😻” – 5/5 in Play Store

Pros Easy to use, works well, affordable
Cons May not work with all devices, battery life could be better

Comments and Reviews from users:

Sergio A.P: “While I found my devices, the actual signal didn't work in any way , & ik some devices dont share one but I was looking for my airpod pros, so I feel like out of all the devices, those would be a pair that share a signal. Just something to look into, otherwise I was lucky enough that my headphones had some charge left so I could hear the pinging noise.” – 3/5 in Play Store

Christy Wollin: “Never located anything, even when I was holding a connected device in my hand next to the phone. Never had more than 0% signal on anything. Giving it 2 stars anyway because I did like that it listed every device by name. In a houseful of Bluetooth devices, a list of 10 unknown devices makes finding the one you're looking for tedious. If anyone knows of an app that can list my devices by name AND actually help me find them, that'd be great.” – 2/5 in Play Store

Comments and Reviews from users:

A Google user: “Love this app! Switched from iPhone to Android and still had a pair of airpods. They work just fine with the phone but I could never gauge the battery and would have them die on me since I couldn't tell how often they needed a charge, to the point that I was considering buying wireless airbuds that worked more seamlessly with Android. This app works well and saved me from neglecting my airpods charge.” – 5/5 in Play Store

A Google user: “Doesn't connect to airpods immediately, only connects after a while. If this changes I will update review. Other than that great UI, great animations, and overall great app. Will donate once this issue is fixed. Edit: Very impressed by this latest update! The connection with my airpods is seamless! Well deserved 5 stars! Keep up the good work! Will be donating! P.S. Could you add the option to turn on a light on the case for wireless charging cases? Comments and Reviews from users:

Jason Said: “So far, this is the only app that works with my Airpod Pro Clones. I think they are a good quality version of TWS, maybe with an H1 Chip, who knows. Anyways, app connects and shows battery once, but never again no matter how many times a connect/disconnect. Even when holding down the button on the back of the case, it doesn't show the battery percentage on the app pop-up. Otherwise, great app. Just wish it connected to my phone more than once ever. If it was consistent, it would get 5 stars.” – 3/5 in Play Store

Samuel Abiy: “Well, I am a copy Airpods Pro user, and this app has been great for me in that it provided an iPhone-like experience for free! No app I've encountered comes close to this app; they either required premium subscription or doesn't work for copy Air Pods at all — not showing battery level of the case, or of the ear buds. For this app, though, everything is supported, from breathtaking hollograms to captivating animations. The only things remaining is a 'find my device' feature, fine by me.” – 5/5 in Play Store

Chris Mills: “The headphone EQ optimization is very nice. The sound personalization is a total joke. I've taken the test for this a billion times, choosing different answers every time (aside from sounds I actually don't like) and have only ever gotten "U shaped" as the result. I just want a touch more high end on a pair of headphones, but Sonarworks doesn't include a manual EQ whatsoever?!? This part of their app is so smart that it's actually dumb.” – 3/5 in Play Store

Ben Mochi: “App works well, and the personalized EQ is nice, however there are too big issues for me. One, you can add a new set of headphones, but from what I can tell it uses the same EQ setting (what's the point). two, when you haven't played music in a little bit and hit play, the volume is ear piercingly loud for 1-2 seconds before returning to the proper volume. This is potentially dangerous” – 2/5 in Play Store

Jessie Krzyzewski: “I would have given this 5 stars however there were a BUNCH of issues when purchasing the lifetime subscription where not only was I charged for lifetime but this app was also trying to charge me for the weekly use for well over a month. Fast forward about a month, and the app installs on my phone. I was pretty hyped to begin only to find out that many features that made it to ios were cut short on Android. Some examples are ghost mode, QnA's, and overall a better looking UI. Yeah, there is still the core of the app which I like, but some of the qol features were missing.” – 3/5 in Play Store

aimee !!: “It's nice to be able to see what your friends are listening to and vice versa, but the Android version is missing a lot of features the iOS version has. Cons May not work with all Bluetooth devices, may require root access on some devices.

Comments and Reviews from users:

Ja eb: “Very nice concept and excactly what I need. But: Most important aspect I need the app for would be RELIABLY switch to 990 bitrate optimized for audio quality LDAC. Which the the app fails to do on my pixel 6. Neither auto switch or widget profile Tap switch works for forcing Bitrate. I have to still go to developer settings to switch it manually. EDIT: Thx for fast reply. Unfortunately your recommendations don't fix the problem. Any idea? I will contact via email when I find the time!” – 4/5 in Play Store

Ron C.: “This app fixes a big problem with most Androids. For the longest time I was needing to manually open developer settings and change my LDAC nitrate manually to 660kpbs. The reason is my Pixel 6a stutters at 990kbps and adaptive LDAC uses only 330. The problem is that when you reconnect the Bluetooth speaker or headphones, android doesn't save the settings and you have to do it manually every time. With this app, it remembers each device and auto switches whenever you connect. Highly recommended.” – 5/5 in Play Store

Comments and Reviews from users:

Hector Garcia: “Great app, just paid for it to support the developer. Does exactly what I needed which is a widget to easily connect to a specific device. If you tap again on the widget it disconnects. The only thing that could be improved is a smaller widget option since the only one available is 2x2. I think that's too big and a 1x1 would do it.” – 4/5 in Play Store

White Pyjam: “Takes 3*2 spaces, basically a quarter of the screen for no reason. 1*1 would be preferable.” – 2/5 in Play Store

Comments and Reviews from users:

A Google user: “Great app. I like the way you figured out how to apply in ear detection. There's a little bit of bugs with it but I'm sure these updates will work out. The bug is that it randomly detects as out of ears at times while it's in my ear and I'm listening to music. Great app overall!” – 5/5 in Play Store

A Google user: “I bought this app because I used to have an iPhone and I love my airpods and wanted to use them for my huawei mate 20 pro.. I bought this app due to good reviews and when I selected "notification widget" and "wearing detection" and it hardly works... And the battery percentage isn't accurate as I fully charged my airpods and connected them to my phone and this app said they're 95% when they were fully charged... Please improve it asap” – 2/5 in Play Store
